Arati Mestry, known professionally as “Negroni Moron,” is a highly accomplished Mixologist and Pre-Opening Specialist Operations with a focus on beverage management and bar operations. She has held key roles, including Beverage Manager at TAJ MGROAD (2023–2025) and Bar Manager at SEVEN RIVERS BREWING CO. Her expertise covers both Management (staffing, financial planning, inventory) and Operational skills (menu development, beverage knowledge). Arati has executed bespoke cocktail projects, such as for the Range Rover Masara Bespoke Edition launch, and has curated menus for major hotels and events like the Columbo Fashion Week.
