Hansel Vaz, The Feni Doutor:  A geologist by training and a "Feni polymath" by learning and an alchemist my choice. Widely acknowledged as a true champion of Goa's heritage spirit; Feni, Hansel is often referred to as the "Bruce Springsteen" of Feni.  He founded the internationally recognised brand- Cazulo Premium Feni and also created the first Garrafao Cellar at Fazenda Cazulo.
