Huy has 16 years of experiencing the brewing industry. He has worked for Vietnam’s largest brewing group SABECO in Brewing, Fermentation, QC QA, New Technology Implementation reaching the position of Acting Factory Director in Production. Huy has also worked for Dupont/IFF as Technical Services Manager for Brewing and Food processing in Vietnam.

Huy holds a VLB Brew Master Certificate and is trained in Beer Descriptive Profiling & Sensory. He obtained a scholarship to do his Masters in Biological Engineering at Inha University, Korea after doing his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology at the University of Natural Sciences, Ho Chi Minh National University, Vietnam.
