Ishrat Kaur, has been in the hospitality industry for almost 12 years. She started her career with The Oberoi Group where she was part of the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. She took part in the Bacardi Legacy cocktail competition during that time as well. Post that, she was the bar and restaurant manager with The Oberoi, Gurgaon.

In 2018, she moved to Passcode Hospitality, heading operations of Jamun and Ping’s- the groups Indian and Street Asian restaurants respectively. She was then handling PCO (Pass Code Only)- India’s first speakeasy bar and recently listed on the World’s 50 Best Discover and named the 45th Best Bar in Asia by Asia’s 50 Best Bars. She also handled the beverage portfolio and all the new upcoming bars of the group. Apart from that, she was also spearheading the INDIA COCKTAIL WEEK project which has been held in cities like Delhi, Bangalore and Goa.

One of her passions in life is dancing and she’s been training in Afro, Hip hop and Heels for a couple of years now. She loves to experiment with local seasonal ingredients and make twists to classics using them. She is now the Trade Ambassador for South India for Bacardi since October 2021.
