Neil Alexander is a celebrated mixologist and flavor architect with over 20 years of experience in crafting innovative cocktails and flavored spirits. He began his storied career in Bangalore and his journey took him to Dubai where he worked with Jumeirah and Luxury collections for a decade and back to Bangalore where he set up and managed Windmills Craftworks; he also helped set up one of the first Indian craft breweries in Dallas and is now a highly sought after beverage consultant in Bangalore where he consults for The Good Craft Co. which is Diageo’s initiative that operates as a hub for Indian craft spirits. He presently runs his own company Neil Alexander Mixology.

Known for blending classic techniques with modern trends, Neil brings a deep understanding of ingredients, textures, and presentation to every drink he creates. His passion for flavours began early and has shaped him into one of the industry’s most admired creators of unique and memorable beverage experiences.
