In my 18 plus years of experience in hospitality and alcobev industry, I have worked with world class hotels, bars and brands. I have lived and worked in Mumbai, Dubai and Beirut and won several awards including the prestigious ‘Bartender of the Year – Icons Of Whisky Awards’ in 2020. I am a certified Whisky Connoisseur with a thorough understanding of the processes which go into creating a quality craft Gin, Rum, Whisky, Liqueur and the rest.

Quaffine – Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur is my brainchild and I have developed the concept and recipe for this award winning brand. Apart from liquor, my interest also lies into flavors and fragrances, cigars and coffee.

Visited 10 Scotland distilleries where I gained clear insights on the processes which go into crafting a world-class whisky/gin. These trips also included blending workshops and warehouse tours and tastings, visit to cooperage and bottling facilities. The list of the distilleries include: The Macallan, Highland Park, The Glenturret, North British Distillery – Grain whisky distillery, The Famous Grouse, Bruichladdich & The Botanist Gin, Ardbeg, Laphroaig, Lagavulin.
