His extensive background includes key roles at Biocon and Novozymes, where he focused on enzymes application and fermentation processes.

Currently, as the Country Manager for India at Lallemand Biofuels & Distilled Spirits (LBDS), Rajesh is at the forefront of managing technical sales and business development for LBDS products in the Indian market. His expertise spans fermentation, enzyme application, spirit production, technical sales, business development, value selling, distribution management, and relationship management.
