Vikram is the Chief Innovation Officer at Diageo India and Co-Founder – Diageo India Craft Spirits. He joined Diageo in 2019 and leads marketing innovation, R&D, and the Craft Spirits venture. His primary focus is to build a portfolio of delightful beverages to put India on the global map of craft spirits. He is also the co-founder of “Diageo Ventures - India” – Diageo India’s arm that is dedicated to driving growth through disruptive offerings.

Vikram has 23 years of industry experience. Before joining Diageo, he spent 2 decades at GE Healthcare. He has served as a Director on the Board of GE Medical Systems India. He is an acknowledged practitioner of frugal innovation and was nominated to be on Fast Company’s list of most innovative leaders in India. He is an active speaker and advocate for the Start-Up ecosystem and an innovation evangelist.

Vikram is a mechanical engineer by education, an avid blogger and author, and an amateur podcaster.
