The India Bartender Guild (IBG) proudly presents the IBG Flair Challenge 2025, a prestigious national-level competition that goes beyond bartending — it is a stage that celebrates artistry, passion, and innovation in flair bartending across India.

Curated by IBG, the competition is designed to recognize the finest bartenders who can combine technical mastery with creativity, showmanship, and cocktail innovation. It is not simply about juggling bottles or mixing drinks — it is about redefining the art of bartending, where skill meets performance and craft becomes entertainment.

This year, the competition will be hosted as part of the Brews & Spirits Expo 2025 at the KTPO Convention Centre, Bengaluru — India’s leading trade show for the alcohol, beverage, and hospitality industry. This collaboration provides a grand platform for flair bartenders to perform in front of industry leaders, global brands, and professionals from across the country.

Participants will be judged on their originality, cocktail recipes, flair techniques, presentation, and ability to engage the audience with world-class bartending performance.

By competing, bartenders not only gain an opportunity to showcase their skills on a national stage, but also to build professional recognition, connect with the wider hospitality community, and inspire the next generation of bartenders in India.

How to Participate

Participants must submit:

1. A 1-minute flair bartending performance video highlighting originality and style.
2. A cocktail recipe description of the drink prepared during flairing, including ingredients, method, glassware, and garnish.

Evaluation Criteria

All entries will be reviewed by the IBG expert panel and judged on:

• Creativity & Innovation
• Technical Execution
• Presentation & Showmanship

Final Selection

The Top 10 finalists will be shortlisted and invited to compete live at the IBG Flair Challenge 2025 – National Finals in Bengaluru, during the Brews & Spirits Expo.
